The DNA in this case could be the knowledge of creation and the instructions on creation of knowledge.

This sounds like a global government that keeps its most valuable knowledge secure in a vault. Which I know doesn’t sound legit but in a fair society this information is held from the general public.

In sociology:

Capitalism is often thought of as an economic system in which private actors own and control property. By means of production. 

Could this be the process of knowledge creation?

Could this be for the production of ideologies and doctrines?

In this society these ideologies are formed around a very limited hint at this hidden knowledge. 

So it seems they’re reasoning for this vault is to generate production of information instead of cash or physical currency.  But it seems that this knowledge would not belong to an individual person but instead more like an institution for the purpose of the production of information and possibly the creation of ideologies in the process.

Kept private but not privately owned, the elite people who have access to this information cannot  own these documents for themselves.

To ensure this information doesn’t get leaked the elites are never in the public eye. They are no longer allowed to live in society or even talk to their families. They are never seen and any trace of them is erased so this secret information they will take to the grave.

What was created, Ideologies and both spiritual and political doctrines, on the other hand is bought and sold competitively and has become big business.

I’m going to take this and compare it with some sociology, whatever aligns with it and then make the necessary changes for it to work. Looking first at a cell intact to create a part of society that is fair and balanced then looking at cell death to demonstrate corruption.

The coded message would be unbelievably long and detailed so it was made in the form of knowledge packed statements

In a corrupt world possessing this information is contraband. To know the knowledge of creation and the creation of knowledge is illegal. The punishment being humiliation and decapitation. 

In a world that functions the opposite, people are expected to study and decode written word that contains nothing at all, no hidden knowledge and a code of behaviour built on nothing.

Sound familiar?

The written word of knowledge creation becomes modified intentionally in order to reduce its potential and to have it no longer understandable to anyone that is not able to have access to the original text. The original text being modified, censored and broken up into many conflicting systems.

The works have been censored to the point it no longer makes sense. The seeking of knowledge that is outside of what is allowed is considered criminal. Therefore the population becomes less intelligent because it has become accustomed to only knowing and understanding what is acceptable to know.

The fake texts - those built on nothing at all are celebrated as wisdom and are studied as a guide to everything in life. The people look to these texts to make major life decisions for them. Social programming under the guise of education.

The structures built that aligned with the energy centres of the world being damaged and degraded to no longer serve its purpose of regulating The structures themselves and their purpose modified as the energies are being weakened and the world being choked under its distress. To see the world as a living entity is considered laughable and disregarded as foolish.

The content of knowledge creation is to become currency and the centre for business between planets, details of the information are still kept from the general public. Small amounts of this knowledge can be passed between other entities but the whole of this knowledge is kept secret even in a society that isn’t corrupt. DNA is business when it comes to deals between ET’s
