Started mapping out the biology for chapter one. It will begin with entry level of some of the parts of the nucleus then switch over to Apoptosis and Necroptosis combining the three to make the plot being that Organelle was once a glorious world but the change in regime caused Organelle to fall. As I use the function of a T Cell to create the war

The story follows levels of government as they fall into corruption. The function of a T Cell will be the warfare against that corruption 

Each chapter I will arrange them in this order:

First I map out the biology and the psychology that will stay at the top of the page 

Followed by as many short stories as this platform will allow which would be a maximum of 98 posts

Let’s revisit the parts of the chromosome 

Chromatids

Chromatids allow cells to store two copies of their DNA in preparation for cell division.

In a civilized society the information obtained by the DNA is used as instructions for designing new worlds and making sure the life is successful.

In Locket’s society the DNA is manipulated and used to create experimental creatures on young planets. Much like the story of the Anunnaki 

Telomeres

Telomeres prevent the ends of chromosomes from fraying, tangling, or degrading. 

Normally this would be about maintaining a culture’s integrity and not allowing what is sacred to become lost in commercialism. This has been changed to protect the regime and its reputation 

They also protect chromosomes from DNA damage, DNA end-joining, and accidental DNA recombination

The new “appropriate” DNA knowledge is still however carefully crafted so that it can be deemed acceptable and deceive the lower levels of government 

recombination

DNA recombination is the process of breaking and rejoining DNA segments to create new nucleotide sequences It's essential for generating genetic diversity and maintaining genome integrity

Exciting research in both societies however used for very different reasons. In Locket’s world the concept of this process is so the same information can be used over and over and seem like a new thing slowly brainwashing the people. Since Organelle has no income under the new regime this process is crucial 

Chromatin

Chromatin's main function is to condense DNA into a compact form that can fit within the nucleus of a cell.

All the knowledge acquired, as lengthy as it is, is to be put into compact form and to be stored away where only top government officials can access. The information is for the eyes of the elites only and only the appropriate information is to be released.

Histones

Histones strengthen DNA to allow replication help control gene activity

There’s a group of people who do this as a job as they prepare the information to be put into the vault. The examine the information and organize it in a way to make it the most convincing to then be reproduced into a law similar to religious dogma 

Kinetochore

The kinetochore acts as a signaling hub to regulate the cell cycle

A military base that is used for surveillance of everyone to make sure they are behaving in a way that follows the world’s development as it goes through it’s cycles of cultural attitudes 

Telomeric proteins

To grant the power to the high elites by stabilizing their position of power and to bring certain cultural norms to an end 

or when pieces from two different chromosomes trade places.

An exchange where the social laws of one culture is traded with another and they call it progress. After the exchange each culture puts their own spin on the new social norms

where genetic instructions from DNA are transferred to mRNA in the nucleus

What is mRNA?

mRNA stands for messenger RNA and it’s function being the process of transferring genetic information from DNA into a cell

The knowledge that was gained is repurposed into instructions for a global system of government 

Translation

Translation is the process of converting genetic information in RNA into functional proteins

Proteins provide structure and support for cells Some proteins act as chemical messengers

The information in the RNA in a fair society would be used to shape the curriculum in education. Instead it is being used as a means to fund the government and to monitor communication of citizens 

Elongation

 a biological process that involves the addition of amino acids to a growing chain

Attaching details acquired elsewhere to a written order of expected behaviour 

Termination

the end of transcription or translation, or the process of ending cellular signaling

The discontinuation of new knowledge being brought to education and instead have these institutions to program the youth to consume more products and to give them the same message over and over rearranged to appear on the surface as a new thing

Society is conditioned through the consumption of media to have shorter and shorter attention spans and consumption of media that is designed to make society as a whole less intelligent. Everything in the culture is to be shorter and faster, if you look at modern society and social media you will see what I mean

What is disturbing is also Locket’s attitude towards eugenics and her approving this practice in experiments. In the name of population control she has ordered the CREATION of disability, disease and deformity because a sickly population is a compliant one.

New functions in the bodies and brains of these creatures have been created for experimentation as their DNA is edited to “correct” the information

The “appropriate” information has been assembled into new creatures

The acquired knowledge that has always gone unedited is now mostly classified and secretive. Both insulting and infuriating to extraterrestrials who have been a long time customer

Termination is the ending of transcription, and occurs when RNA polymerase crosses a stop (termination) sequence in the gene

This process no longer happens naturally and requires intervention 

The ribosome reads the messenger RNA (mRNA)

carry protein information from the DNA in a cell's nucleus to the cell's cytoplasm

The information that was once decoded and sent off to extraterrestrials to elaborate has been put to a halt

The use of this information to further education has also been stopped and the Gain of Function is focused on developing ways to scale back the intelligence of the population

All the information that has been acquired over the years has been ordered to be destroyed and institutions dedicated to its study to be shut down

What was once the process of import and export of knowledge has now been discontinued until there is payment

Wexle and Methusa’s relationship soured

Wexle and her people have been an ally to Organelle (this world) for tens of thousands of years unfortunately the change in regime could end this.

The story begins as Methusa and Wexle are walking down a long hallway together, their business being to exchange monthly reports. Methusa hands over the documents to Wexle. “Hmmm something doesn’t feel right this time, Methusa looks nervous” Wexle thinks to herself. She decides not to risk it and asks if she can look over the document once more. Methusa does her best to contain her fear and says “Yes. Yes of course”. Wexle takes out a pair of AI powered glasses, as they scan through the information Wexle stops walking. “This report is not mathematically correct something is missing?”

Methusa is panicking inside “The information is appropriate” Wexle looks at her and says “What do you mean by appropriate exactly?” Methusa’s face goes dead as she has to deliver this news “There has been an information border placed ordered by the regime”. Wexle glares at her, furious. “We have been allies for thousands of years and our reports given to you have always been explicit and unedited. We expect the same in return. If you want to keep us as allies we expect competence. We will give you a month to clean up your act and expect an unaltered report. Is that clear?!” Methusa fighting to hold back tears pleads for Wexle to understand she is just following orders. As they part ways Wexle says to her “There will be consequences if you don’t, you could lose a powerful ally and gain an adversary. DNA is our business Methusa how do you expect us to unlock the mystery of our creator by censoring crucial information? Answer me that!” Methusa begins to sob. Wexle is throughly disappointed and leaves Methusa behind. “You are breaking intergalactic and inter dimensional law Methusa DNA editing is highly illegal! If this is to be repeated.. enjoy your Idolism as you permanently slip into the dark ages!” Wexle storms off.
